- Oversee daily operations for vacation homes in your area
- Coordinate cleanings, maintenance, and inspections
- Ensure properties consistently meet BAYA's quality standards
- Supervise cleanings, repairs, and restocking (welcome kits, supplies, light bulbs, etc.)
- Ensure access systems are functioning and check-ins/check-outs run smoothly
- Perform regular property inspections for cleanliness, safety, and amenities
- Guarantee a consistent, high-quality guest experience
- Handle unexpected issues (repairs, guest requests, last-minute needs) quickly and professionally
- Make sure each property is always welcoming and guest-ready, down to the smallest detail
- Leverage your local network to recommend and coordinate with service providers
- Share insights with the central team and property owners
- You've managed at least one vacation rental or have hands-on experience in short-term rentals or hospitality.
- You thrive in a freelance setup and take full ownership of your responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of the Alghero area, with the ability to navigate logistics and source reliable local vendors.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented
- You're great at juggling schedules, tasks, and priorities without dropping the ball.
- Calm, practical, and resourceful when challenges arise.
- Clear and professional when coordinating with guests, owners, and teams. Comfortable using digital tools.

The Role
As an Area Manager, you'll be the operational point of reference for your territory. This is a highly autonomous role where you'll take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring each property is perfectly prepared and every guest experience runs smoothly.
