Venezia FC cerca uno stagista da inserire nell'area Facilities che supporti nella gestione operativa e organizzativa delle strutture del Club: centro sportivo, uffici e spazi per le attività sportive e corporate.Un'opportunità formativa concreta per acquisire esperienza diretta nel facilities management di una realtà sportiva professionistica, sviluppando competenze nella gestione delle infrastrutture, nel coordinamento fornitori e nelle operations quotidiane.
Responsabilità principali:
Attività di benchmarking e analisi della concorrenza nel settore sportivo e intrattenimento;
Supporto nelle attività di budgeting e controllo costi relative ai progetti di sviluppo infrastrutturale;
Gestione operativa e relazioni con fornitori di strutture, tecnologia e servizi generali, inclusa la partecipazione ai processi di acquisto;
Collaborazione alla gestione e implementazione di progetti speciali, tra cui: iniziative internazionali e camp sportivi (Camps), programmi di Responsabilità Sociale d'Impresa (CSR); eventi e attività legate agli Esports.
Requisiti:
· Laurea (o frequenza) in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale, Architettura o affini;
· Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata);
· Patente di guida B e disponibilità di mezzo proprio;
· Ottime capacità analitiche e organizzative;
· Proattività, flessibilità e attitudine al lavoro in team.
· Passione per il mondo dello sport e dell'intrattenimento.
