Our Client is an international company specialized in equipment and services for Agriculture and Construction sectors.


Posizione:


In order to strengthen their international IT (Digital) Project Management Department, they're looking for a Digital Technical PM who will help build out best-in-class project capabilities, being responsible for leading the execution and activation of our product initiatives and will work with various stakeholders from ICT, Business, Marketing and more.

Current projects where the resource will be actively involved:

  • Evolution and improvement of the web portal dedicated to Dealers to manage connected machines
  • Backend management
  • Customer portal / app project
  • End users support

Main responsibilities:

  • Define end to end system requirements and architecture together with business and operational teams;
  • Determine the project scope, translate it into implementable requirements then develop and manage endtoend plans and ensure ontime delivery;
  • Deliver handson program management during all the phases of the product lifecycle, from the analysis to the design, until the post implementation phases;
  • Deeply understand the architecture and integration points of Corporate infrastructure, legacy systems, processes, products and policies. Drive system design discussions in the ecosystem;
  • Drive integrations with third party software;
  • Track and analyze key operational metrics to drive optimization efforts;
  • Work with crossfunctional partners from ICT to Business to vendors, to improve the support experience on our existing suite of products. Partner with teams to develop scalable solutions to support the Company Digital Ecosystem;
  • Work with technical and nontechnical teams to set milestones, communicate project status, and identify/address potential setbacks;
  • Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.

Requisiti:


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of experience in technical project management, and/or systems design, SDLC (software development lifecycle) experience;
  • Knowledge of software development processes and best practices;
  • Experience with project and issue tracking systems;

Plus:

  • Experience developing Cloudbased, integrating solutions and systems to build a complete solution;
  • Knowledge with cloud architecture (e.g Azure), IT, and/or dealing with data visualization tools like Tableau;
  • Work experience in Tech companies or consultancies specializing in Tech strategy;
