    Overview

    A leading semiconductor company is seeking a talented Senior Analog Layout Architect/Layout Design Engineer to work on innovative products like DC-DC converters and controllers. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with 12-15 years of experience in analog layout design. This role involves collaboration with global teams, ensuring high-quality layouts, and the opportunity to work in a flexible hybrid model that promotes performance and well-being.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with global teams to design, optimize, and verify analog layouts for DC-DC converters and controllers.
    • Ensure high-quality, manufacturable layouts that meet performance, reliability, and area constraints.
    • Review/layout documentation, participate in design reviews, and maintain design integrity throughout the flow.
    • Adhere to design practices, signoff criteria, and ESD/EMI considerations as applicable.
    • Work in a hybrid/remote-friendly environment, coordinating across time zones and teams.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (or closely related field).
    • 12-15 years of experience in analog layout design.
    • Strong understanding of analog/mixed-signal layout techniques, SEU/EMI considerations, and physical design flows.
