Eaton is currently seeking a Talent & Organizational Effectiveness Manager for Industrial Sector, EMEA.

This role is 2 years assigment.


What you'll do:

Talent & Organizational Effectiveness Manager is a functional advisor to the Industrial Sector presidents, HRDM and their leadership teams.

The role is responsible for developing, aligning and delivering an integrated talent and organisation effectiveness strategy aligned to the specific challenges of the business.

Additionally this role has regional oversight over design and deployment of Operations Talent Council with purpose to identify and develop future operations talent.


  • Connects and collaborates with sectors HRBP and TMOE leadership, help define talent strategy approach for critical roles and guides efforts to attract, retain, develop, and promote diverse talent
  • Look for opportunities to align Industrial Sector talent and capability building priorities to enable better cooperation, talent and best practice sharing
  • Ensures legitimate succession plans for general managers and functional leadership roles and calibrated strong potential succession readiness.
  • Runs sector OCA / Talent Reviews. Provide guidance to functions for OCA / Talent Reviews deeper in the organization
  • Develops processes, platforms and programs for diverse talent movement and development. Redesigns and leads regional Operations Talent Council
  • Help to operationalize and optimize a shift in culture required to support future growth expectations
  • Provides coaching and training to build capabilities in HRBP in talent management, organizational development, and organizational effectiveness to implement organization improvement initiatives attract, retain, develop and promote talent
  • Works with HRBPs and global teams on providing solution on closing leadership development gaps for selected audiences / levels
  • Owns and managers lifecycle of strategic TMOE programs and processes (OCM, OAD, NLA, ADP). Coach and guide HRBPs and MOPs to understand the purpose of these tools and how to use them, continuously obtain feedback to improve these programs and tools to fit the business current and future needs

Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 10 years in Organizational Development or Human Resources with direct experience in talent management.
  • Experience in large multinational manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structures.
  • Experience in plant, operations, SCM, or CI functions and roles is an advantage.

Skills:


  • Proven success developing and designing OD and talent strategies that drive business results and performance.
  • Demonstrated experience developing people and coaching and influencing managers (at all levels).
  • Ability to recruit, assess & select top & develop talent.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering across multiple levels of an organization to achieve results.
  • Solid analytical skills, including experience using metrics for analysis to develop recommendations to leaders.
  • Experience in presenting to senior leadership.
  • Experience managing, coaching, developing and influencing employees, peers and leaders.
  • Experience and/or certification in coaching, design thinking, organizational assessment and design, organizational change management or other strategy
Demonstrated experience developing business partnerships with cross-functional leadership to achieve results. Advanced communication, presentation and facilitation skills. Effective relationship building and interacting with all levels of the organization.
