    IL TUO RUOLO

    Stiamo selezionando una figura di Software Developer Expert che operi come riferimento tecnico all'interno di un team di sviluppo di progetto. La risorsa guiderà l'implementazione delle soluzioni software e supporterà il team nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi e nella gestione delle sfide tecniche più complesse.

    Principali responsabilità:

    • Coordinare il team di sviluppo, garantendo che l'implementazione segua le specifiche di progettazione e gli standard di qualità definiti
    • Supervisionare la qualità del codice prodotto attraverso pratiche di Code Review
    • Supportare il team di sviluppo nelle attività quotidiane, fornendo supporto tecnico e mentoring
    • Supportare i membri del team di sviluppo nella risoluzione di problemi tecnici complessi
    • Garantire l'aderenza del team ai processi di sviluppo definiti, inclusa la gestione dei rami Git e le pipeline CI/CD

    Cosa cerchiamo:

    • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software e 2 anni in ruoli di coordinamento tecnico
    • Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o disciplina equivalente
    • Ottima conoscenza del seguente stack tecnologico: Java, Spring Boot, , , TypeScript
    • Consolidata esperienza nelle seguenti architetture: microservizi, cloud, API REST, micro frontend single-spa, Kubernetes, database SQL (PostgreSQL) e NoSQL
    • Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti di versionamento: Git, Git Flow, GitHub/GitLab
    • Familiarità con pratiche di: CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) e metodologia Agile
    • Conoscenza delle metodologie di gestione progetti (Scrum, Kanban)
    • Forte orientamento alla qualità del software
    • Comunicazione tecnica efficace e chiara
    • Leadership e capacità di motivare il team
    • Mentoring e sviluppo delle competenze dei collaboratori
    • Problem solving avanzato e capacità di mediazione
