Job Description Summary:

The apprentice will be trained in 30 months as Clinical Education Specialist Molecular Imaging (Med Nuc and Pet), he/she will be responsible for delivering formal training on Molecular Imaging (Nuc Med ad Pet) products.

Responsible for post-sales training and support customers either on-site or via digital platforms

Essential Responsibilities:

Maintaining satisfactory aftersale relationships and development of longterm customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.
Promote unique differentiators based on customer's clinical needs, competition, values and benefits sought.
Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.
Support Trade show/Workshops/show sites/Customer visits.
Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education
Document trainings, site visit's and Customer interactions as per the local protocol.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Under 29 years
Education: Master degree in Biomedical Engineering or Radiographer degree
Curiosity and passion for medical products and technology
Excellent interpersonal skills including good communication skills.
Selfmotivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments
Ability to travel and be at customer sites up to 80% of the working time (annual average)
Teaching skills or teaching experience
Empathy and customer centric mindset
Fluent in English
We will give preference to people living or available to live in a main town of Centre/South Italy (es. Rome or Naples)
