Rule Methods Specialist
Place: Leonardo S.p.a., Swidnik, Lubelskie, Poland
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyzing drawing requirements to assess Manufacturing impact on Geometry, Tolerances, and Applicable Specifications from current configuration;
- Coordinating Concurrent Engineering with the Engineering team to evaluate and suggest 'Feasibility' and 'Industrialization' of parts for cost-effective and efficient production;
- Developing a comprehensive Manufacturing Plan through CAPP system, including Manufacturing Operations Sequence, Descriptions, Tools, Part Programs, and Specifications;
- Conducting Audit Operations;
- Overseeing First Article Manufacturing to ensure availability of all necessary devices;
- Supporting the Manufacturing Department in Quality and Cost Reduction initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering;
- Prior experience in a manufacturing setting;
- Proficient in English;
- Willingness to travel;
- Strong IT skills (Catia V5, CAPP, Enovia, Cadra, Excel, Word, Access);
- Knowledge of Aeronautical Rules and ASME Drawing Standards;
- Problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently;
- Proactive and customer-oriented mindset;
- Effective team player with cross-functional capabilities;
- Continuous improvement oriented.
Permanent position with Top-Engineer
Salary: €1.800,00 - €2.100,00 per month
