Cluster Reservations Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Cluster Reservations Manager, to join the Reservations Department within Barcelo Aran Mantegna Hotel.

Having worked in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years, you will be a strong team player, proactive, adaptable and possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills


Duties include:


  • Handling daily tasks to reservations Team;
  • Responsible for training staff, implement procedures ensure;
  • Reservations Agents are following accordangly;
  • Ensure proposals are sending on a timely fashion;
  • Creates monthly labor schedule to the team;
  • Prepare reports and update system to liaise the forecasting on a weekly basis;
  • Monitors and coordinates internship acrivitiess;
  • Send group quotations and strong follow up for conversion;
  • Manages waiting list and prioritize order of wait list to be made.

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate in proper English both verbally and in writing;
  • Excellent overall communication skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
  • Able to multitask;
  • Training and coaching skills;
  • 2 years Revenue Management experience;
  • Prior MICE, Leisure & Business Hotel experience;
  • Must be proficient in Opera.
