Job Description:

Where and when could you start the internship with us?

Starting from October 30th, 2023, we will offer an internship opportunity in the Finance team.

Key Accountabilities:

Support Corporate Travel Coordinator in:

Monitoring and keeping updated Travel Policies & Guidelines
Spread Travel Policy knowledge and monitoring compliance by travelers
Communicating to travelers periodic updates and news through company media
Keep up with new technology, continuously scouting the booking tools market
Controlling expenses reconciliation through appropriate tools
Suggest improvement and innovation in travel programs,
Support negotiation with travel service providers

What will you learn with us?

Detailed knowledge of Gucci Travel Policy and Travel Guidelines
Be aware of methods for Travel Agency engagement (online, assisted, offline)
Monitoring spend evolution and quality of services provided by Travel Agency
Analyzing historical data from trips to take appropriate decisions on travels management.

What are the basics?

You should be going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or have recently graduated (within the past 2 years) with successful studies in Tourism Economics, Finance, Management, Project Management, or related fields.
Previous curricular/extracurricular or educational experience abroad is a plus.
Fluency in English.
Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
