- Collect, analyze, and consolidate budget data in line with business plan guidelines and inputs from Business Lines, Divisions, and Staff structures.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring compliance with budgeted amounts and consistency with project progress.
- Prepare and update short-term forecasts on project costs and cash flow.
- Produce management reports and reporting packages for shareholders.
- Share financial data with Group Accounting to ensure accurate consolidation of company and group results.
- Support the implementation and optimization of the ERP system and other reporting tools.
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in controlling, preferably in a project-based environment or within the renewable energy / infrastructure sector.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/reporting tools.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments and geographies.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the financial management of renewable energy projects throughout their lifecycle — from development to construction — ensuring sound financial control, accurate reporting, and meaningful business insights.
