On behalf of a prestigious client of ours, an high luxury brand based in Milan, we are looking for the following profile:

TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST / HIGH LUXURY COMPANY/ MILAN

  • Main activities and responsibilities:_
  • Recruitment of new Talents in Retail and Corporate sectors.
  • Building relationship with the internal customers.
  • Supervision of the induction process and accompaniment of new resources within the organisation (Talent Induction);
  • Negotiation
  • Employer branding activities;
  • Managing relations with external suppliers / Contracts.
- +3 years of experience in the same role within a fashion/luxury company.

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proactivity and dynamism complete the profile.
