About the Company:
for an e-commerce integration platform provider, our Recruitment Engineer are looking for a
CTO.

As CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping technological future, setting the company's strategic technological direction, and ensuring that the technology strategy aligns with the company's business goals.

Develop the company's strategy for using technological resources.
Ensure technologies are used efficiently, profitably, and securely.
Evaluate and implement new systems and infrastructure.
Direct and organize ITrelated projects.
Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage.
Analyze the costs, value, and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions.
Collaborate with the marketing department to align IT systems with business goals.
Oversee the development and enhancement of new features.

Requisiti:

Must Have:

Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a technology company.
Strong knowledge and experience in MongoDB, , , and TypeScript.
Experience in managing and implementing AI projects.
Understanding of ecommerce business models and related technologies.
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research to guide strategic direction.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage an IT department or organization.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities with experience in agile project management.
Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities for technological innovation.
Problemsolving aptitude with a focus on developing practical, efficient solutions.
Experience in managing and overseeing technology budgets and timeframes.
