    Noi di DSV Solutions cerchiamo un Facility Specialist per la nostra sede di Novara. La Divisione del Gruppo DSV, insieme a DSV Road e DSV Air&Sea, è leader nella fornitura e gestione di soluzioni di Supply Chain su scala globale.

    Siamo una società che opera con più di 29.000 collaboratori in oltre 600 siti e 50 paesi, coprendo circa 6 milioni di metri quadrati. In Italia, siamo presenti in 14 aree logistiche per oltre 550.000 metri quadri di superfici coperte e con più di 140 clienti.

    Responsabilità principali

    1. Garantire la funzionalità degli impianti e delle dotazioni di uno o più siti di logistica localizzati nelle vicinanze di Milano tramite:
    2. Il coordinamento dell'attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria.
    3. L'effettuazione di sopralluoghi all'interno del sito e di controlli/ispezioni su impianti e dotazioni.
    4. La tenuta e l'aggiornamento delle relative evidenze, registri ed archivi.

    Compiti specifici

    1. Mantenere i rapporti con i fornitori, garantendo il rispetto delle scadenze degli interventi di manutenzione programmata.
    2. Richiedere, quando opportuno, i necessari interventi di manutenzione straordinaria.
    3. Supervisionare l'attività manutentiva ordinaria e straordinaria, registrando/trasmettendo i relativi rapporti rilasciati dai fornitori in modo da garantire la completezza dei registri ed archivi.
    4. Effettuare sopralluoghi a magazzino per accertare le condizioni di ordine, pulizia, salute e sicurezza e verificare l'assenza di guasti o anomalie ad impianti ed attrezzature.
    5. Effettuare ispezioni/controlli interni su impianti ed attrezzature compilando gli appositi registri.
    6. Verificare la corretta gestione dei rifiuti all'interno del sito, garantendo un'adeguata gestione dei relativi formulari, la corretta tenuta e compilazione del registro di carico e scarico e la relativa comunicazione annuale MUD.
    7. Mantenere aggiornate registrazioni in merito a eventuali non conformità/guasti e alle conseguenti azioni correttive di ripristino.

    Requisiti richiesti

    1. Diploma in perito tecnico o geometra.
    2. Conoscenza pacchetto Office.
    3. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
    4. 1 o 2 anni di esperienza maturata in posizioni analoghe.
    5. Conoscenza di AutoCAD.
    6. Capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione (capacità di stabilire le priorità, pianificare, assegnare e controllare).
    7. Attenzione ai dettagli.
    8. Capacità di lavorare in team.
