The MSL provides field based scientific expertise ensuring understanding of Binding Site's products/instrumentations.

They develop and lead strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in the assigned territory, organizes and supports local projects in line with company objectives, deliver scientific presentations at local and international events to support global strategy.

It is an opportunity to become an integral member of a small, highly motivated team tasked with delivering results and resolving how they are achieved.

A day in the Life

:

MSLs strong presence on field through hospital meetings, support sales activities, selection of new KOLs/speakers for national congresses, new publications support for the introduction of TBS products with new customers by addressing scientific questions and monitoring initial evaluation of TBS assays.
Participate at congresses (local, national or international) to collect relevant information on TBS products and KOLs.
Provide strong marketing support: identification and training of advocate speakers for TBS symposia/workshops; selection of marketing material to be used for the ltalian market, definition of the scientific content of digital materials.
Ongoing assistance in data analysis, development of scientific materials, preparations and given of scientific presentations, development of abstracts and posters.

Keys to Success

:

Have an expert understanding of The Binding Site assays and the diseases The Binding Site products may be used in, as well as the adjacencies to these products, through constant update on scientific literature.
Act as fieldbased reference point of scientific and clinical expertise for Sales Force and internal staff by training, sharing selected literature and clinical presentation, and ad hoc support.
Cooperate with all other Company departments to develop and implement strategies and tactics.
Interact constantly with HQ Scientific Departments to share initiatives, update on ongoing projects and act as a reference scientific contact for implementing new strategies and tactics.
Full compliance with TBS policies and regulations

Education

:

Strong background in a science related discipline, particularly BSc in Biology/Immunology/Biotech or similar

Experience

:

Previous experience in IVD company or life science business

Scientific experience in any of these areas: Haematology, Immunology, oncology, neurology or IVD
