Chiesi CCO - Commercial Organization


Following the continued growth of the Company and the increasing portfolio complexity, Chiesi decided to introduce the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) role and organization.

The new organization is a truly global operating model, ensuring a uniform approach across all geographies (30 affiliates worldwide).

The CCO Organization includes Global Marketing, Global Medical Affairs, Global Value & Access and all the commercial functions of every affiliate.

Who we are looking for

Main Responsibilities

Global reference for social guideline definition and follow up
Global NHCO editorial calendar definition
Support Strategy & Execution team and affiliate to identify strategic initiative meaningful for our customer and drive/support implementation
Global governance for digital properties (brand coherence, Bcorp contents, UX experience, dashboard); e-commerce and web activities

Build together with affiliates and support the execution of the international web strategy for CHC portfolio, with a special attention on NHCO.

Support the Strategy and Execution team in the analysis of category/product markets to identify relevant trends (new active ingredient, services, POS, )
Understand costumer journey and identify different touchpoints
Build up together with affiliates social media listening campaigns to capture customer sentiments and feeling
Upselling and cross selling opportunities
Create strategy to gain new consumer throughout web activities and social media & Identify consumer post-purchasing experiences that will insure/reinforce brand loyalty
Drive the creation of Digital contents to develop the brand image to external stakeholders (in cooperation with the Strategy and Execution Team and affiliates)
Identify relevant/preferable accounts and define/structure appropriate communication
Support affiliates to improve web site and create an e-commerce strategy in partnership with local pharmacy
Develop strategy able to generate traffic into local/ int site
Identify potential inspirational projects "beyond the pill" to bring added-value to the customer
Global CHC reference for digital community in coordination with the Global Digital Transformation Lead
Content Hub (3D videos, photo shootings)
Partnership with Global ICT Team for the deploy of innovative solutions (ecommerce / CRM B2C)
Together with CHC team develop communication campaigns to increase knowledge / culture around NHCO

Experience Required

At least 5 years of Experience in Vitamin and Mineral supplement and / or beauty field

Fast Moving Consumer Goods Market is recommended

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Scientific or Economics

Languages

Fluent English


Skills:

Previous experience in digital and/or trade marketing activities highly recommended
Deep knowledge of new technology and digital tools (eg. Social media) and e-commerce related practices
Culture of digital and innovation word and creative mindset
Demonstrated success managing customer relationships (eg: amazon, e-tailers, influencer )
Strong passion for understanding and serving customers
Analytical skills to determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to nurture internal/external relationships and work with cross-functional teams
Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire people
A team player capable of high performa
