Background


Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is a leading international independent medical humanitarian organisation, dedicated to providing expert medical relief to vulnerable populations at times of conflict or disaster.

In over 70 countries worldwide, MSF provides both life-saving emergency relief and longer-term assistance to make basic healthcare services available to the most vulnerable or excluded communities.


Purpose of the position:


Reporting to the Face To Face (F2F) In-House Coordinator, the F2F Officer supports the management of the in-house Face to Face program through the selection, training,administrative,organizational and motivational management of the team in order to achieve the defined objectives in compliance with the foreseen costs.


Responsibilities:


Main Activities

  • Administrative management of F2F staff (Starting and closure of contracts, archiving and updating administrative data) focal point on HR requests, in collaboration with the HR and HQ area of the organization
  • Ensure the management of online and offline recruitment channels for the F2F, analysis of results and identification of improvement actions and implementation of new tests
  • Manage training activities on specific focus if necessary. Supporting in the design and implementation of new training project in the MSF Regular Area.
  • Identify,acquire and manage locations in order to carry out activities in the local area and the insertion within the location database

Qualifications:

Key requirement

  • Degree in line with the objectives of the position
  • 2 years of prior experience in Fundraising or recruitment
  • Experience within the Face to Face will be considered as a added asset
  • Knowledge of the Italian nonprofit organizations scenario
  • Good knowledge of HR recruitment instruments
  • Good knowledge of Fundraising instruments
  • Good knowledge of Office, in particular Excel
  • Working knowledge of Italian (C1)
  • Good knowledge of English (B2)

Conditions

  • Fixed term contract of 6 months, full time. Level II of Italian CCNL Commercio. Possibility to renew the contract, depending on organizational needs.
  • Starting date: March 2023
  • Location: Rome or Milan. Hybrid working arrangements from the office and from home are possible.
