HT is a new interdisciplinary research institute, created and supported by the Italian government, whose aim is to develop innovative strategies to promote human health and aging through a multidisciplinary and integrated approach, combining genomics, computational and structural biology and neuroscience, as well as data and decisions sciences.

The Human Technopole Foundation is looking for a
Facility Management Officer - Electrical plants specialist.


The role, part of the Campus Facility Management service, is responsible of all operational and administrative task with a focus on electrical plants of the Campus, coordinating the maintenance service in line with the contract details, ensuring that quality service is provided in line with the policies, procedures and legislative requirements, design and produce technical documentation in according with HT needs.


S(he) will have the following main responsibilities:

  • Programming and executive management of maintenance and implementation works on electricity plants;
  • Verification and control of the execution of works in order to assess their compliance with the tender specifications and reference standards;
  • Preparation of technical documentation and processing of technical and statistical data;
  • Carrying out inspections and site visits;
  • Collecting data and measurements required for the realisation of projects;
  • Drawing electrical diagrams using CAD software;
  • Production of technical documentation;
  • Assistance and technical support by telephone and on call;
  • Testing and startup of installations;
  • Supporting and managing orders independently;
  • Telephone and oncall support and assistance;
  • Testing and startup of installations;

Essential requirements:


  • Electrical and automation technician or technical diploma in electrical area + abilitation to sign projects and conformity documentation (Di.
Co.) in accordance with italian DM no. 37/2008;

  • Previous experience in the role (at least 3 years);
  • CAD knowledge;
  • General knowledge of the technical regulations and public procurement.

Preferential requirements:


  • Excellent knowledge of IT tools;
  • Proactivity, flexibility and good communication skills;
  • Knowledge of English language.

Organizational and social skills:


  • Good relational skills, teamworking, proactive approach and ability to relate with different functions in international environment;
  • High accurancy and proactivity to ensure the continuous implementation and effectiveness of the processes;
  • Problemsolving;
  • Time Management;
  • Available for the oncall service.
