    We seek a results-driven Manufacturing, Science and Technology Director to lead cross-functional efforts in product performance optimization. This role oversees technical and strategic aspects of manufacturing processes, lifecycle management, analytical development, and formulation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop strategies for lifecycle management of products ensuring high-quality manufacturing throughout the product lifecycle
    • Lead MS&T team providing guidance on technical problem-solving supporting professional development aligning team efforts with organizational goals
    • Build strong partnerships between R&D Quality Regulatory Affairs Commercial Manufacturing driving product improvements extensions innovations

    Analytical Method Development Support:



    • Oversee analytical method development optimization validation transfer for raw materials in-process controls finished products
