    Events Executive Job Description

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and promote the Resort's offerings, highlighting its uniqueness for events, weddings, corporate groups, and MICE, ensuring seamless event execution and complete customer satisfaction;
    2. Maintain daily contact with direct customers and/or intermediaries to create tailored offers and confirm event contracts;
    3. Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site events, guaranteeing their successful execution;
    4. Prepare 'Banquet Event Orders' and conduct weekly meetings to communicate upcoming events and share relevant information with all departments;
    5. Oversee event logistics, coordinating with various departments (F&B, Front Office, Booking, Golf, etc.) to ensure smooth operations;
    6. Nurture strong relationships with suppliers, fostering partnerships that benefit the Resort;
    7. Conduct site inspections to assess venues and services, identifying opportunities for improvement;
    8. Manage event cost accounting, maintaining accurate records and optimizing financial outcomes.

    Requirements:

    1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or event organization agencies;
    2. Exceptional project and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail;
    3. Empathy, active listening, and adaptability, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders;
    4. Precision, accuracy, and attention to detail, ensuring flawless event execution;
    5. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution;
    6. Excellent relational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with national and international clients;
    7. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively within a team;
    8. Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
    9. Familiarity with PMS and CRM systems, with a strong understanding of their applications and benefits;
    10. Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and bank holidays, with a valid driving license B;
    11. A flexible schedule and the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.

    This position is based in Florence, Italy. Accommodation may be available upon request. Applicants should possess a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays. A valid work permit for Italy is required.
