- Presentazione Prodotti : Presentare le nostre collezioni e soluzioni d'arredo, valorizzando la qualità e il design.
- Negoziazione e Chiusura : Gestire trattative commerciali, negoziare contratti e chiudere vendite, raggiungendo gli obiettivi prefissati.
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo di sales representative, preferibilmente nel settore arredamento B2B contract o in settori affini (edilizia, materiali di finitura).
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative, relazionali e di negoziazione.
- Autonomia, proattività e orientamento al risultato.
- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (pacchetto Office, CRM).
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno B1).
- La conoscenza di una lingua dell'Est Europa sarà valutata come un PLUS.
