- Work closely with functional leaders and actively lead, Design /Develop, Resolve team issues, coach and guide cross‑functional project teams in the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Serve as a technical resource for improvement teams, providing support by analyzing data, change management, project management and project implementation.
- Contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide hands‑on team guidance, support, and coaching to all roles and functions to advance CI maturity at a sustainable pace.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Green Belts.
- Use project management techniques to prepare, manage and support project plans; conduct phase‑gate reviews to ensure teams are successful in their project execution.
- Work with project teams to reduce implementation risks and ensure proper monitoring and controls mechanisms are in place before project closure.
- Capture and manage improvement results derived from Lean initiatives.
- Support peer‑to‑peer learning and best practice sharing.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Green Belt Certified.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification an asset.
- 7+ years' experience in CI.
- Experienced in working with cross‑organizational teams.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Self‑starter with an engaging style; solid influencing and facilitation skills who develop relationships and build a collaborative work environment.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving and ability to train on methodology.
- Demonstrated working knowledge with Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Planning and time management.
- Develop and continuously improve development practices based on industry best practices and internal teams' experience and learning.
- Ability to work effectively and facilitate functional teams of all levels.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
