- Plan, schedule, and prioritize Depot Maintenance activities. Time them as the top priority.
- Report on Depot maintenance activities status and follow up.
- Keep Production teams informed about scheduled time slots.
- Interface between maintenance team leaders, retrofit teams, engineering teams, and external company teams.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities on all trains in the workshop according to fixed time slots during planning meetings.
- Maintain a general and updated overview of crucial spare parts availability.
- Be informed about workshop infrastructure status, especially special tools needed for maintenance activities.
- Monitor production team workload to ensure optimal saturation.
- Verify compliance with planned time slots for ordinary maintenance train cycles (hand over in, servicing, maintenance, internal cleaning, pre-service check, and hand over out).
- Verify adherence to scheduled departure and arrival times in the Depot. Report and analyze delay reasons.
- Translate production and commercial service issues into working orders.
- Integrate special requests from project teams into default planning items and schedule them using SAP.
- Report cumulated delays and root causes, analyzing delaying issues to improve future performance.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team.
- Use Indus evaluation KPI to optimize Prod workload on shift, following scheduled planning.
- Attend extraordinary planning meetings to address contingencies.
- Create and release notification and service orders related to corrective and preventive activities, if required.
- Optimize fleet maintenance planning based on availability targets and identify backup solutions when necessary.
- Measure and monitor planning efficiency, proposing continuous improvement.
- Engineering degree or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in process supervision/management and production environments.
- Previous experience in planning (railway, airway, or production).
- Strong maintenance process knowledge.
- Work experience in ECM management, railways, and train system instruction/knowledge, ECM rules knowledge an asset.
- Good IT skills, particularly SAP (CS/PM modules) and Microsoft Office Package.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Daily work flexibility and resilience in critical situations.
- Ability to make decisions, sense of urgency: sets priorities and reacts immediately in problem situations.
- Good knowledge of English and Local Language.
