    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving incremental OEM parts revenue through in-depth analysis, process implementation, and targeted business activities tailored to meet the unique needs of each BMW Dealers.

    Main Responsibilities

    • To deliver incremental OEM parts revenue by implementing sales-focused activity within the BMW parts Dealers network.
    • To conduct market analysis and identify potential opportunities for multiple BMW parts Dealers.
    • To create bespoke business plans, marketing strategies, and sales tactics for BMW parts Dealers.
    • To develop and implement dedicated Dealer Action Plans, prioritizing dealer improvement actions based on size, ease of opportunity, and dealer capabilities.
    • To present action plans and responsibilities to dealer staff, ensuring buy-in at all levels.
    • To assist with the onboarding of new BMW parts Dealers and implement and manage their standards.
    • To train BMW parts dealer staff in market-leading sales skills and provide coaching and support to initiate action plan data analysis, process implementation, and sales coaching.

    Key Performance Indicators

    • To provide timely and accurate reporting as per program requirements.
    • To attend meetings as required, providing territory results, feedback, and market intelligence.
    • To manage the Network Assessment (Principles) according to the procedures defined by the NSC.

    Responsibilities

    People

    • To cooperate and collaborate with the team, promoting a positive working relationship.
    • To provide training for new consultants and ensure the correct training path for new apprenticeship.
    • To inform the Project Coordinator about critical situations.

    Finance

    • To monitor own travel expenses and maintain these within budget.
    • To take care of company assets, using them in line with company policies and managing their maintenance.

    Process

    • To apply system management procedures correctly and professionally.
    • To propose project improvements, including new implementation tools and activities, training material, etc.

    Customer

    • To provide a good level of job cooperation and work closely with BMW.
    • To inform the Project Coordinator and BMW about achievements or concerns within ongoing activities.
    • To ensure customer implementation and extradiscount budget.

    Authorities

    Operative Management

    • Daily activities: Reporting, Evaluation with Coordinator, and PM supervising.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration (preference).

    Experience

    2-3 years of experience in the Automotive industry, preferably in after-sales projects. Previous experience in Parts Sales Projects is preferred.

    Languages

    Italian native language; English fluent.
