    Job Summary

    The purpose of the job is to define strategies of Digital Communication, Social Media and PR of Milano Fashion and Milano Design School. The Manager will also be in charge of their implementation in order to support the brand awareness, promotional and / or institutional activities and the improvement of marketing and enrollment performances.

    Key purpose of the role

    Digital Communication & Social Media Plan – In agreement with the Director and following the group guide lines, the Manager will manage and elaborate also – at budget level – Digital Communication and Social Media Strategy plan of each school (Milano Fashion and Milano Design). The Manager will also promote their visibility nationally and internationally. He / She will also give feedbacks on analysis and detailed report about KPI to the School Director – and every quarter to the Head of Communication - that will indicate the improvement of communication and social campaign.

    Promotion and event – Thanks to appropriate communication and social campaign, the Manager will promote Milano Fashion and Milano Design school event that – in collaboration with other department – will contribute to the increase of leads generation by providing communication strategy aimed at its growth. He / She will also support the management of all the events planned at an institutional and educational level.

    PR & Media Relations – The Manager will ensure the planification and the realization of all the PR and Media Relations activities, with the support of the PR agency. He / She will also supervise activities realized with external press office to which are sent images and text for the realization of communication, responses to reporting or press inquiries.

    Budget, Forecast and Reporting – The Manager will ensure an accurate budget elaboration and monitoring of forecast He / She will also ensure the elaboration and the analysis of periodic reporting in order to monitor area's performances and to motivate any deviations.

    People Leadership and Management – The Manager will ensure the management of the team, their professional growth and their skills development. He / She will plan and organize work, activities and new projects.

    Education & Skills

    • Bachelor or Master Degree in Digital Communication & Social Media's field
    • Min. 5 years experiences and resources coordination
    • Experience from a luxury sector is a plus
    • English proficiency
    • Strong analysis and organization skills
    • Proactivity and Team player
