Posizione:

We are looking for an enthusiastic _
_Lean Specialist__ to help us in our overall Supply Chain efforts, based in our _
_Distribution Center__ _
_in Capena__ (RM). _
_Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager__, you will be an integral part of the Operational Excellence in order to reach our goals in terms of continuous improvement, delivery performance, fulfilment strategy and customer satisfaction._

Requisiti:

_Responsibilites:

Analyse data and processes in order to identify optimization opportunities
Support the Logistics Management in the development of multiple projects
Periodical meetings with team members or other internal departments such as IT
Brainstorm ideas for new projects
Monitor current projects and measure the improvement with the use of KPIs

_Which attitudes and competencies we are looking for:_
***- Master degree in Engineering Management/Logistics

Creative mindset: you think out of the box
Strong continuous improvement orientation (Lean Management and Kaizen, 5s, Agile Project Management)
Process analysis and problem solving skills
Propensity to work in a team but with strong autonomy skills and in a precise and proactive manner
Propensity to work for projects, then for goals and deadlines
High interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
Use of social media to develop logistics identity
Excellent knowledge of English (Level C1), and knowledge of German will be an asset
Flexibility on work schedule and willingness to travel domestically
12 years experience in project management, IT consultancy firms, production processes.
