Contesto

Il reparto Validation & Engineering Compliance si occupa di supportare le MPU del sito di Rosia per quanto concerne le attività di Validazione (IOPQ di sito) e per quanto concerne le attività documentali di qualifica periodica (RPQ- ROQ e Periodic Validation Review).

L'esecuizone delle attività viene eseguita in accosrdo alle normative sia aziendali che regolatorie, inoltre, lo status delle attività vengono misurate in accordo con i KPIs ed i trend aziendali.

Obiettivi e modalità del tirocinio:

Lo stage sarà eseguito nel team Validation presso l'azienda Glaxo Smith Kline di Rosia per la durata di 6 mesi.

Lo stage propone una formazione In questo contesto si rende necessario l'inserimento di una figura in stage al fine di approfondire gli aspetti legati alle attività di Validazione e di supportare in merito al monitoraggio dei KPI ed in particolare prevederà le seguenti attività:

Monitoraggio dei KPI's di reparto e partecipazione al T1;
Supporto nella redazione della documentazione di Validazione;
Supporto e creazione di un tool per la gestione della strumentazione del reparto di validazione

Competenze da sviluppare:

Nello specifico il tirocinante acquisirà le principali competenze inerenti alle seguenti attività:

Monitoraggio periodico dello stato di avanzamento delle attività pianificate nel rispetto delle scadenze definite;
Applicazione delle cGMP e delle maggiori linee guida di enti regolatori nazionali e internazionali (AIFA, FDA, EMA);
Conoscenza delle caratteristiche e funzioni del lavoro in team;
Organizzazione aziendale per una corretta comprensione di tutti i processi aziendali;
Tecniche di comunicazione per una corretta interrelazione con diversi interlocutori.
