We are seeking a mid-level European patent attorney with 5–7 years of experience in patent drafting, prosecution, and portfolio management to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on involvement in examination proceedings at the EPO, as well as extensive knowledge of medical devices and adjacent technical fields. They will be responsible for drafting high-quality European and international patent applications, managing prior art searches and analysis, conducting litigation support activities at both national level in Europe and UPC.
