    Attualmente stiamo ricercando delle risorse che svolgano la mansione di Receptionist per un nostro Cliente nel centro di Milano.

    Principali responsabilità:

    · Gestione e smistamento telefonate;

    · Accoglienza visitatori/ospiti/fornitori;

    · Registrazione dei visitatori e creazione di badge;

    · Gestione della posta in arrivo e organizzazione dei corrieri;

    · Supporto agli uffici interni per richieste inerenti lo stabile (prenotazione sale riunioni, fornitura di cancelleria, stampa documenti ecc…).

    Requisiti necessari:

    · Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office (Word, Excel e Power Point)

    · Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

    Orario: part time: 21-30 Ore / Settimana.

    Sede di lavoro: Milano

    L'inquadramento economico proposto sarà commisurato in base all'esperienza del candidato.

    Assunzione Categorie Protette ex. L.68⁄99

    La ricerca è rivolta ad ambosessi (ex L.198⁄06) e a tutte le nazionalità (ex D. Lgs. 215⁄03 e D.Lgs. 216⁄03).
