For an important International Group leader for solutions and services for electrical installations in residential, commercial and industrial buildings, we are looking for
:Lean Manufacturing Manager

The position:

Responsibilities:

Ensure the autonomous development of GAPs (Autonomous Production Groups) for the sharing and transfer of skills
Develop, adapt and conduct training sessions for employees and managers on Lean/HPS principles, TPM, SMED
Support and coach production supervisors, team leaders and GAP leaders
Ensure that methodologies and tools are applied and respected during workshops and projects
Lead transversal projects personally
Organize audits, Gemba tours and promote the use of GAP and plant communication tools
Stimulate creativity and questioning of existing practices. Be the driving force of the improvement ideas system
Identify and propose new improvement project opportunities
Share successes and improvement aspects with colleagues
Capitalize on Best Practices and transfer them to teams
Bring technical expertise regarding Lean approach and in the use of tools
Provide regular feedback on system deployment, standards compliance, internal audits
Support the coordination activities among production departments, also with PP and SCM, to meet deadlines, delivery dates

Requirements:

Graduated in technical or scientific disciplines, or technical High School with experience
Experience in implementation and management of continuous improvement projects and coordination activities
Methodologies for data and statistical analysis, problem solving methods, Lean and HPS principles (Kaizen, 5S, TPM, SMED, OEE,...), knowledge of ergonomics, auditing techniques
Knowledge of production processes, internal organizational flows, work methods, internal procedures and applicable regulatory and legislative provisions QEH&S
