    Accountabilities

    We are looking for a results-driven and analytical Digital Merchandiser with approximately 5 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising or related fields. This role plays a key part in shaping the digital merchandising strategy and supporting online business performance through strategic assortment planning, digital activation and close collaboration with global and regional teams. The position requires excellent analytical skills, strong merchandising expertise, and the ability to translate data insights into commercial opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities

    Performance Reporting

    • Regularly extract and analyze eCommerce performance data, providing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports with actionable insights.
    • Monitor key business KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

    Inventory Monitoring

    • Analyze catalogue and sales performance across all eCommerce markets, proactively identifying and addressing stock-related issues.
    • Monitor product deliveries and stock availability across e-commerce channels to minimize out-of-stock situations and maximize sales opportunities.
    • Partner with global and regional teams to ensure optimal assortment and stock levels for product launches and key commercial moments.

    Merchandising Strategy

    • Support the definition and execution of the global digital merchandising strategy to ensure a balanced offer between core business drivers and image-building products.
    • Participate in seasonal buying sessions to ensure e-commerce stock needs are accurately reflected in regional omnichannel orders.
    • Identify and propose new opportunities such as online exclusives, early drops, and capsule collections to enrich the 360° activation plan and meet local market needs.
    • Adapt global merchandising guidelines to local market dynamics and consumer behavior.

    New Projects and Market Expansion

    • Coordinate merchandising activities for new projects and market openings, defining key Merchandising KPIs (e.g. product assortment, stock etc.).
    • Drive the implementation of efficient and collaborative workflows with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Competitor & Market Insights
    • Continuously monitor competitors and industry trends to identify best practices and emerging opportunities.
    • Leverage insights to refine digital merchandising strategies and strengthen brand positioning.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Content, Merchandising, Marketing and Regional teams to align digital merchandising actions with business goals.
    • Partner with the Digital Product team to enhance user experience and site performance through data-driven merchandising insights.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
    • 4-5 years of experience in digital buying, analytical or merchandising roles within the fashion/luxury industry.
    • Strong analytical mindset combined with excellent product sensibility.
    • Proficiency in Office Package (especially Excel) and strong ability to handle data efficiently using databases.
    • Experience using web analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Contentsquare) and SFCC and PIM Akeneo platforms is a strong plus.
    • Collaborative team player, comfortable working in cross-functional and multi-site environments.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and adapt to multicultural contexts.
    • Outstanding time management and organizational skills; capable of prioritizing tasks to meet business deadlines.
    • Fluent in English and Italian.

    This position is full-time in office.
