In Consumer Experience function, as Consumer Experience Design intern, you will be part of a team responsible for the analysis of main consumer journeys and pain & gain points of the customers.

You will support business decisions in satisfying consumers' needs and in detecting potential drawbacks or barriers to consumer experience.

By means of user research, analysis and reporting, you will be responsible for the generation of actionable insights to support business stakeholders in strategy implementation and new consumer journey design.

You will also support in designing new CX/UX for consumers.


Specific Responsibilities:


  • Learn current Consumer Journey Experience Map in a MultiCategory Environment
  • Map and analyze as is Consumer Journeys to reveal bright & pain points
  • Scouting for innovative solutions and Market Trends in Competition\Service industry
  • Propose Comparable & Benchmarking analysis as support to Design Team
  • Support the definition of briefs for Consumer Experience Market Researches and synthesize data/insights for stakeholders' presentations
  • Take an active part in user experience research (e.g. surveys to consumers)
  • Support the design of new consumer journeys for different projects and on several channels (e.g. online, offline)
  • Read and analyze consumer feedback (verbatim, NPS, etc.) to understand consumer behavior and improve consumer journey
  • Support the implementation of pilots and tests of new consumer journeys designed

Who we're looking for:


  • Master's degree in Marketing, Economics or related field
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Customer and problemsolving orientation
  • Ability to work alone, in a team and to engage with multifunctional stakeholders through public speaking and workshops

What's 'nice to have':


  • Design Thinking framework knowledge
  • Consumer Experience Design principles
  • Visualization/Design Tool capability (i.e. Miro, Figma, Prezi)
  • Strong analytical skills and mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Quick learning capabilities and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Attitude to work in a complex and fluid environment with tight deadlines
