RuoloLead the company's financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processesManage the preparation of monthly and yearly reporting and associated financial analysis, providing recommendations and assistance to the C-Level management, improve financial control to get efficient track of company's profitabilityReview and develop KPIs and new quantifiable tools to track company resultsManage all tax and legal / corporate affairs, as well as ensuring adequate insurance coverages for the companyManage external and internal auditsParticipate in the decision making process of the potential acquisition in the CountryManage cash and banking debts or investments, ensuring strong relationship with financial partnersEnsure proper regular cash forecastsand analysis of deviationsImprovement of Working Capital, managing actively and improving DSO, DPO and DIOManage a team of ca 10-15 people in an efficient, productive and motivating wayIl candidato presceltoWe are looking for 10+ years' experience in finance accounting and controlling management roles into a multinational sales company.
