About the role


As one of the leading European online pharmacies, we are currently looking for a pharmacist who will get a combined function as Quality Assurance Manager and Expert Pharma Service.

Within this function, you will be responsible for guaranteeing and optimizing the quality standards within our company and next to that you will answer all pharmaceutical questions that our customers are having.

What you will do

  • Quality Assurance_
  • Safeguarding that all internal systems and procedures (e.g. Standard Operation Procedures, policies, analyses) are prepared, updated, reviewed and amended to meet the needs of external certification bodies (GDP, ISO9001:2015, Organic product legislation).
  • Collection and analyzing of data from the Quality Management System (QMS) in order to identify gaps/deficiencies and areas of growth in internal processes.
  • Coordination of quality relevant projects and implementation of improvements and innovative quality ideas into practice in close collaboration with our core Quality team in the Netherlands
  • Pharma Service_
  • You can listen carefully and give our customers the best pharmaceutical advise they need
  • You are able to advise our customers about our assortment and which product helps our customers in the best way to treat his/her health complaints
  • You are responsible for answering all (pharmaceutical) product related questions of our customers by mail/phone/chat
About you

  • You are a licensed pharmacist in Italy and/or the Netherlands
  • You are able to translate a clear vision on quality into innovative processes and continuous implementation of quality improvements.
  • You are flexible and able to move with the rapid developments within our fastgrowing organization.
  • The customer and their expectations and needs have your ultimate focus.
  • You are able to actively promote a quality mindset and quality culture within the entire organization.
  • You are interested in and understand national and international regulatory quality standards and legislation (such as, Good Distribution Practice, ISO9001:2015).
  • You have some experience in project management, and are able to manage and guide quality related (international) projects.
  • You will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer communication to continuously enhance customer satisfaction. Working closely with other departments, you will enable seamless coordination (Stakeholder management).
  • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English, knowledge of German / Dutch would be a benefit.
