How to contribute to our vision

Responsible of all report that the member of the team must generate for the transparency of the execution in terms of Operational and Financial KPIs, as well as the report required by the management of the region for the follow up of the activity of his area of influence

  • Final responsible to deploy the project Health, safety, environment (HSE) and quality management (QM) systems
  • Overall accountable (incl. Profit/Loss responsibility) to deliver the full project scope from handover from Sales until end of Service contract incl. preTOC (Take Over Certificate) activities performed by service
  • Responsible to develop the business in the subregion according to the business lines defined in Services, O&M contracts, Aftermarket and Multibrand.
  • Primary/focal point for customer communication & engagement on a subregion level
  • Responsible for protecting the business case and for maximizing value in accordance with contractual availability guarantees and defined incentive scheme
  • Overall accountable for risk/opportunity management, claim and change management in the project
  • Responsible to coordinate with Procurement department the needs for awarding contractors during new tender process
  • Responsible for final analysis and supervision of the Operational KPIs, QSHE and financials with the aim to propose, deploy and follow of Action plans needed to recover the deviations detected, following always the targets and goals of the organization and the business strategy of the company
  • Final responsible in of the execution of the contractual agreement with customers.
  • Final responsible to fulfill the contractual agreement with suppliers
  • Responsible to provide the needed resources in order that his team could develop their functions and responsibilities in adequate manner and according the SGRE standards.
  • Responsible to lead, supervise, coordinate and manage the resource assigned to his area of influence toward the consecution of the targets.
  • Represent the Organization in his area of influence towards the local authorities

  • Technnical competences in MS Office
