Mission
Assist CFO in steering financial objectives for Sephora Italy being a business partner for Stores and HQ departments.

Key Activities/Responsibilities

Lead the forecast processes
Lead the management closing process
Manage and develop controlling team
Analyze and monitor actual performances and related budget variances
Sales promotions analysis
P&L control
Corporate reference for any management issue
Stores' openings and remodeling evaluation
Be a business partner for all the other departments supporting them in any management issues
Capex monitoring
Contribute to spread the finance culture within the organization
