Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Coordinator to join our

team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our e-commerce operations,

ensuring seamless stock management, outstanding customer service, and efficient order fulfillment. If

Responsibilities:


Stock Management:

• Monitor and analyze product inventory levels.
• Place orders from the main warehouse to replenish stock and prevent shortages.
• Update product quantities on the website to reflect accurate stock levels.

Customer Service:

• Address and resolve customer complaints under the supervision of the E-Commerce & Digital

Marketing Manager.

• Strive to provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.

Order Fulfillment:

• Manage orders within the Shopify platform.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
• Oversee the packing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Order packaging materials and supplies for online orders.

Carrier Relations:

• Maintain close communication with carrier companies to track shipments and address any

issues.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve shipping services and resolve logistics challenges.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously evaluate and improve ecommerce operations processes for efficiency.
• Implement best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of the fulfillment process.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.

Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.

Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Basic knowledge of packaging materials and practices.

English is mandatory, any other language is a plus.
