    Help Desk Coordinator

    This role requires a technical support professional who can work with clients and employees to resolve IT-related issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as experience working in a help desk environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide first-line technical support for hardware operating systems subsystems applications software desktop application issues remote users customers staff
    • Troubleshoot diagnose resolve end user incidents following defined SLAs KPIs internal procedures documentation guidelines strict adherence call quality response times regular record keeping updates categorization solutions implementation prompt allocation unresolved calls monitoring resolutions escalating complex unresolved tickets within process specifications timeframe customer expectations standards protocols requirements maintaining accuracy confidentiality client information adhering NDA agreements invoking major incident management processes identifying resolving developing knowledge bases contributing improvement initiatives optimizing efficiency productivity performance satisfaction implementing continuous learning enhancing skills training knowledge excellence installation modification repair computer hardware software upkeeping maintenance ensuring optimal functionality reliability.
