    Il nostro cliente è un'azienda di rilievo internazionale del settore Oil & Gas per la sede di Roma.

    Descrizione del Lavoro:

    • Redigere ed emettere le Richieste di Offerta (RdO) ai fornitori indicati nella Vendor List di Commessa, allegando la documentazione tecnica.
    • Sollecitare le offerte dei fornitori.
    • Registrare le offerte ricevute e distribuire le copie alle sezioni tecniche competenti richiedendone il relativo parere tecnico ove necessario.
    • Preparare le Tabulazioni Commerciali Preliminari.
    • Sollecitare l'invio, da parte dei fornitori, delle revisioni d'offerta eventualmente necessarie per l'adeguamento alle prescrizioni tecniche.
    • Condurre le trattative commerciali con i fornitori.
    • Chiedere la presenza del tecnico competente durante le trattative per eventuali ultimi accordi tecnici.
    • Redigere i rapporti di trattativa, sulla base delle risultanze delle Tabulazioni Tecniche.
    • Redigere la Tabulazione Commerciale finale e sottoporla, insieme alla tabulazione tecnica, al Responsabile Procurement per il successivo iter approvativo.
    • Redigere (sul sistema informatico aziendale) l'ordine di acquisto al fornitore selezionato allegando, dove necessario, la documentazione tecnica emessa "per ordine"; curarne le successive fasi di autorizzazione, firma e spedizione.
    • Ottenere dal fornitore la accettazione d'ordine.
    • Trattare e redigere le revisioni d'ordine.
    • Tenere aggiornato il documento Excel di progetto "MR & PO Status".

    Requisiti Principali:

    • Minimo 3 anni di esperienza nell'ambito dell'acquisto dei materiali in riferimento al settore Oil & Gas o affini.
    • Titolo del Diploma e/o Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico.
    • Dimestichezza nell'uso dei maggiori strumenti informatici (Word, Excel) e di Software gestionali (ERP).
    • Buone capacità di relazione con clienti interni (Acquisti, Ingegneria, Project Control, Expediting /Inspection Department) e con i fornitori.
    • Ottime conoscenze della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata) per negoziazione ed interfaccia con stakeholders internazionali.

    • Orario di lavoro: lun – ven, 9 – 18
    • Possibilità di usufruire di smart working
    • Inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato, CCNL e livello commisurati in base all'esperienza.
