IFOM is an internationally recognized non-profit cancer research institute supported by the Italian Association for Cancer Research (AIRC) based in Milan within a highly dynamic urban environment.

IFOM labs are hosted within a research campus shared with the European Institute of Oncology and the Italian Institute of Technology.

Postdoctoral Research Position in Molecular Biology

About the position:

Main activities:

Conduct wet lab experiments using techniques in cell biology, molecular biology, and biochemistry.
Collaborate with fellow group members in research activities.
Share results in group meetings, seminars and conferences.
Stay current with the latest literature in the field.
Contribute to the preparation of manuscripts for peerreviewed journals documenting research findings.

Requirements:

Although not mandatory, having a background or some understanding of bioinformatic analysis and genomic approaches will be considered advantageous for this position.

Fluent in English
