This position is based at our property in Venice, Italy.


Overview:
We are looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join our property as a Human Resources Trainee.

You will be exposed to the exciting world of international luxury hospitality providing hands-on HR support covering a wide range of administrative, L&D and recruitment activities.

You will be working closely with the hotel management team as well as the corporate office where you are encouraged to contribute with your own ideas with a positive and creative mindset, a high degree of self-motivation and independence.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Human Resources Manager in any daytoday tasks
  • Take care of employee relations activities
  • Support with the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Coordinate along with the HRM the L&D programs

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in verbal and written English
  • People oriented
  • Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Passion for the Hospitality industry
