    Responsibilities

    Reports to the Cloud Engineering Manager who is leading our entire infrastructure at MotorKEnsuring the quality of service provided to users by the IT Operations, which should be measured by defined KPIs.

    Support and share knowledge with users on tools and best practices related to ITOversees software and hardware procurement, ensure consistency of IT practice, manage the IT budget, in a ISO 27001 environmentImplements IT security best practices in the company, and drives the adoption of proper technologies to ensure minimization of IT related risks, driving the company understanding and adoption of the ISO 27001 policies and practices.

    Provide active support in all the "provider certification processes" MotorK undergoes when dealing with enterprise customersRequirementsRequirements At least 3 years of experience in similar rolesHands-on experience in managing internal IT of companies, building SaaS products, with hybrid working adoption,Experience at European levelHands-on experience on the certification process and policy adoption and implementation for ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

    ITIL experience is a plusExperience in managing Google Workspace, Salesforce, PowerBI, Microsoft OfficeExperience in managing a hardware fleet of Mac and Windows machines, Apple and Android phonesExcellent oral and written communications skills both in Italian and EnglishNice-to-have Experience with office network managementExperience with MDM, VPN, Workforce Identity and automation is a plusExperience in leading a small team of internal IT & support, while collaborating widely with the entire organisationBackground in IT process structuring / IT security (does not need to be a security expert, but awareness of the related topics is a requirement)Has a clear potential to scale up the IT team and processes to the next level#J-18808-Ljbffr
