We are looking for a
Junior Technical Trainer
to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically to Learning, Development & Talent Acquisition.

You will be responsible to set up, organize, deliver technical training for DESI, a dedicated program for high schools pupils - mainly based on industrial knowhow - with focus on continuous improvement and strategic relevance for Apprenticeship model consolidation.

Updating the training plan blending practical activities and theory.

Organizing training sessions (e.g. materials and tools availability) interacting with competent Company Dept. where necessary.

Ensuring technical training delivery and follow up:

Technical demonstration and practical support to students
Relations with referent people into the Company to set up proper technical environment to ease the learning process

Tracking activities performed and to evaluate students results

About you

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or ITS (Italian tertiary educational institution)
2/3 years of experience in technical jobs (such as production, after sales)
Experience in training or education (as a plus)
Maker's attitude: a willingness to blend hightech and electronics with handmade crafts, (ARDUINO projects, 3d printing ).
Fully proficient in English and Italian, German as a plus but not mandatory
