Who you are

You have excellent analytical and numerical skills;
You have structured experience in the restaurant industry and in retail/food companies;
You have a good understanding of KPIs and how to use them to plan and support the business;
You have an excellent teamwork orientation and have the ability to inspire and engage your colleagues;
You have a strong business orientation with a clear customer focus;
You have the ability to take personal initiative, thoughtful decisionmaking and Problem Solving;
You care about environmental sustainability and can integrate it into food, reducing food waste;
You have an excellent level of Excel;
You have a good level of English.

Responsibilities:

You will help to satisfy the customer needs, providing suggestions to the manager on how to improve guest expectation and encourage colleagues to do the same;
You will have the opportunity to propose business initiatives that support productivity;

You will meet the challenge of cost reduction by implementing lean, simple and careful procedures. Using and sharing best practices and pushing the team to find more efficient ways of working;

Together as a team

In the role of Food Coordinator, within the new reality of the XS Store in Fiumicino, you will contribute to attract visitors to the store, make the shopping experience more appealing and fun, offering guests and co-workers quality food, accessible to all and for all tastes.

You will support the manager in fulfilling the duties of the function and developing IKEA activities in the area of responsibility, including production, IKEA Restaurant, co-worker restaurant, Swedish Bottega, IKEA Bistro, IKEA Bar.
