The team you will be a part of:

The Trade Marketing team is accountable for driving commercial policy and promo plans across all Trade Partners by designing and executing the commercial strategy at trade partner/brand level.


This role in summary:


The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for the creation of robust marketing plans and pricing management across a broad portfolio of products and multiple Trade partners in the Retail Channel to implement the commercial strategy.


Working closely with the sales force and across the whole commercial function from category management to trade partner and the brand and digital marketing teams to ensure the creation and execution of trade marketing plans designed to meet the commercial objectives of the business.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Translate marketing strategies (brand initiatives and launch plans) into customized
- marketing plans by Channel/Trade partners (go to market)

  • Conduct business analysis and gather market insights to set priorities, price, promo and product mix activities and contribute to design the commercial strategy
  • Value chain creation and analysis to ensure profitability
  • Plan and execute PMR activities
  • Define customers' pricelists product assortment and prices/value chains at TP's level
  • Pricing management (through SAP)
  • Financial oversight ensuring all promotional activity meet the returnoninvestment goals and supports the commercial business strategy
  • KPI Monitoring to share insights and propose new initiatives
  • Serves as liaison to the Sales field and provides Trade Partners support/presentations for strategic initiatives
  • Key trade partners meetings preparation
  • Visiting Key trade partners and translate field insight into actions
  • Analyze white space and Built In growth opportunity and drive Built in growth projects

Minimum requirements:


This role demands a highly versatile skill set - especially analytical skills and keen eye for detail for orchestrating promotional plans and engaging all key stakeholders within the commercial team to deliver their contribution completely and on time, to analyzing financial returns and providing insight and commentary on performance to internal and external stakeholders.


  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Analytical skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Critical Thinking
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a deadline driven environment
  • Excel usage (DB Management, Vlookup, Pivot )
