ABOUT WHIRLPOOL CORPORATION

This role in summary:

As an intern, you will be a part of IT Service Management and Compliance team and you will be exposed to all IT Service Management Processes (Incident, Change, Problem) and Audit.

You will learn ITSM processes management, SAP basic usage, Audit and Compliance basics including SOX and Vulnerability management basics.

Your responsibilities will include:

Learn the basics of IT Service Management and provide a daily support on all the areas (Incident, Request, Problem and Change Management)
Support the team on the vulnerability management
Daily support on audit activities
Interact with Global and EMEA teams and team leaders to collect the data
Prepare reports for audit

Minimum requirements:

Are you:

Master Degree student and fresh graduate in Engineering/Economics/Computer Science?
Proficient in English?
Quick learner?
A good listener, with the ability to understand the needs of the users and the ability to fulfill the requests?
An analytical with good presentation skills?
Interest in learning the basics of ITSM and Security?
