The Opportunity**We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Specialist to join our credit card transaction management team. In this role, the selected individual will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of the backoffice department, ensuring efficient processing and a great experience for our clients


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Handle customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Process credit card transactions and verify their correct execution
  • Continuously monitor transaction management processes and report any issues or inefficiencies
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve any technical issues
  • Keep transaction management process records and statistics up to date
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

In practice this means:

  • 2 years of prior experience in a similar role
  • Indepth knowledge of backoffice operations and credit card transactions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and precisionoriented
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
  • Good communication and teamworking skills
  • Knowledge of security and PCI DSS compliance regulations
