Sales and Customer Specialist


NutraQ is on a continuous growth journey and we have expanded our business over the last 20 years with new concept areas and markets.

Our Customer Service is one of the most important functions in the company, with responsibility for customer retention and loyalty.

We are therefore looking for an experienced and dedicated customer service specialist who will be part of our international Customer Service teams and work directly towards the Norwegian and Danish markets.

You will be based in Milan and report to the Customer Service Manager.


Your main responsibilities:

The NutraQ Group's vision is to become the best subscription-based business platform in Europe.

You will support the business by ensuring customer success and customer experience by providing excellent customer care and accurate product information to our customers at all times.

You will ensure high quality customer satisfaction using various creative solutions tailored to meet the individual needs of our customers.

You will contribute to develop and implement the groups customer sales and retention goals. You will deliver on daily, monthly and annual KPI's and development. You will work closely with the other Customer Service team members across Europe, building creative and effective solutions together.


Who Are We looking for?
NutraQ aims for the best talents, and you too should aim high. Therefore, you need to have high standards when it comes to being service minded and having excellent communication skills. You bring your ideas to the table and have solid track record within customer service and sales.

In addition, you should also identify yourself with the following:


  • Bachelors within sales and marketing / other relevant studies
  • Experience within customer service and sales
  • Strong people skills and a team player
  • Strong commercial mindset and passion for sales
  • Proactive and change oriented
  • Good systems knowledge
  • You have excellent verbal and written skills within Norwegian and Danish, as well as English
  • Other languages such as Italian, French and other Scandinavian language are considered a plus

From €20,000.00 per year
