We are excited to announce an opportunity for a proactive and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Marketing Intern at our Legnano office.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Customer Marketing team by actively contributing to various operative tasks.

Your focus will be on the development of Category Management analysis, implementation plans, and Trade Marketing assignments.

This is a full-time internship opportunity lasting for a duration of 6 months, with the potential for renewal based on performance and mutual interest.

The internship offers a comprehensive learning experience and exposure to various aspects of Customer Marketing within our dynamic industry.


What you will do:


  • Nielsen Analysis: Conduct indepth analysis on market trends and promotions using Nielsen data to provide valuable insights for strategic decisionmaking.
  • Planogram Implementation: Collaborate with the team to study and implement planograms, ensuring optimal space utilization and effective product allocation on shelves.
  • Sales Material Development: Take charge of preparing and developing sales materials, including eyecatching expo displays, impactful POP materials, brochures, and catalogs.
  • Promo Artwork Preparation:Work closely with creative agencies to develop visually appealing promo artwork for Customer Marketing activities, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Presentation Support:Provide valuable support in the preparation of presentations, contributing to the effective communication of marketing strategies and findings.

Who you are:


  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Marketing, Economics o related field, showcasing your commitment to a deeper understanding of the field. This role is also open to recent graduates.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrate a passion for working with numbers, showcasing your ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Industry Aspiration: Express a desire to gain experience within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company and a keen interest in seeing the products you work with on the shelves.
  • Technical Proficiency: Exhibit a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and a willingness to adapt and learn new digital tools.
  • Transportation Availability: Own a car, as the office location is not easily accessible by public transport.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Italian and English, with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate within a diverse team.
