Job Description:
As
LEGAL ADMNISTRATOR TRAINEE you contribute to the work in reaching the H&M expansion targets by supporting the legal counsel in the complexity of the entire administrative legal process covering the entire life of our stores starting from the negotiation of the agreements.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES:
- Support to the Legal Counsel in the complexity of the entire administrative legal process _
You will support the legal counsel in:
- Contract processing and documentation as well as in the administration of contracts
- physically, in the contract management system and in the archive.
- Controlling the process until a contract is duly signed by relevant parties.
- Making sure to store originals in a safe place and in a structured filing system enabling easy access to the documents if necessary.
- Support Cost control_
- Controlling and revising the invoices sent by the law firms/notary/other collaborators.
- Support within expansion team_
- Make the lease exacts of new projects helpful for the Leasing Department and the Construction Department;
- Keep track and update the Leasing department and the Construction department on timelines on new projects (delivery, construction, opening etc. for new stores, extensions and rebuilds).
- Support to other functions/departments_
- Taking track of the different PoAs and any other corporate documents.
- Keep informed Accounting department making sure they understand the rent set up agreed.
- Update IPS/LIMA with relevant contract information and changes (renegotiation, extension etc.)
- Support Follow up_
Support in closing the follow up:
- on the timelines established in the contracts; season notifications, delivery notifications, construction works, openings co-tenancies etc.
- on co-tenancy provisions in the contracts and potential rights to penalties and termination.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor or master's degree in Law or similar.
- Previous working experience in similar roles is a plus.

- Knowledge in MS Office, more specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams
- Understand, read, speak and write English at an advanced level
